These Outer, Flexible Rail Kits will allow you to remove and replace your worn out rub rails. An involved project, but a few hours of shop time that most DIYers will enjoy.

Remove the old rope, drill out all the rivets and discard the old parts. Attach the Breastplate at the bow. Start at one side of the stern and stretch the rail around the bow. Move back to stretch and attach the rail up the outside. Repeat for the opposite side. Trim the rail at the stern so each end is even. Pound in the rope into the rail channel then stand back and enjoy the satisfaction of your work.
